Negative consequences of the corporate raid attacks are reflected on the economic development of the country, and on the improvement of the life quality and the population. Completely coping of foreign methods and forms of protection from raid attacks would be counterproductive because of the economic distinctions and legal environments are too different for each country. Comparing mechanisms Russian with similar practice in other countries it is necessary to notice a part of the American corporate captures that in one states the situation was similar with American for example, in Great Britain or Japan, in others – opposite for example, in Germany or China.
